This event, which took place on May 29-30 in the business and cultural complex of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia, has been attended by the Vice-rector for international affairs and regional cooperation Anastasia M. Mashkova and the head of the Educational and methodical department Maria S. Frolova.
The event includes a presentation of the educational potential of Belarus for the diplomatic corps and representatives of embassies accredited in Moscow, a meeting of the Business Council of rectors of Belarusian and Russian educational institutions on the cooperation development in the educational and scientific fields. On the opening day, representatives of MGRI met with their colleagues from the Belarusian State Technological University in Minsk, represented by the Vice-rector for educational work Andrei R. Goronovsky.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the cooperation of organizations in the field of joint training of specialists of the first stage of higher education (Bachelor degree) through the creation of a joint educational program in the direction of “Geo-Ecology” (Russian Federation) / “Environmental Protection and Rational Use of Natural Resources” (Republic of Belarus).
The relevant bilateral documents will be signed by the parties in St. Petersburg in July 2019 during the VI Forum of the Belarusian and Russian Regions.
